28th March Training

A good turn out for the first run of the “light nights” with 9 Harriers completing a new training session which started with 2 x 1k efforts on the Canal (which was a bit sticky).

Then before dark the gang headed to Charlemont Road and completed a series of Fartlek efforts using the lampposts.
